Impound Release Details – Private Property Impounds in Conye

If your vehicle has been privately impounded, the following items are required to establish ownership before release:

1. Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport)
    
2. Vehicle registration or title in your name
    
3. Name on ID must match registration or title
    

Proof of insurance is not required for vehicle release.

For lienholders or authorized recovery representatives, the following documents are required:

1. Valid government-issued photo ID
    
2. T-16 (Affidavit of Repossession)
    
3. Signed Hold Harmless Agreement
    
4. Copy of Title or Registration showing lienholder status
    

Any copied documents must be notarized for validity.
